🔍 On April 17, 2025, the Ukrainian International Strategy Center hosted a public online lecture titled "Russia’s Influence Operations in Europe".
The speaker was Iryna Musii (Arina Krapka) — a journalist, war crimes documentarian, and founder of the WOMEN UA community. She participated in international investigations into wartime sexual violence and war crimes in Ukraine during 2023–2024.
During the event, participants learned:
How Russia uses psychological operations (PSYOPs) as a weapon of hybrid warfare;
The types of propaganda and disinformation used in Europe;
How bot farms, media, and public figures amplify Russian narratives;
Key propaganda themes promoted by the Kremlin;
Fact-checking tools and methods to spot disinformation.
👥 Attendees included members of the Ukrainian diaspora, journalists, analysts, and international experts from various countries.
